Description & Applications:
The electrode is designed to deposit wear resistant overlays on all ferrous metals where high resistance to impact and abrasion is required. The electrode is all positional with a metal recovery rate of 110%. The welds are non-machinable in the as welded state but can be softened by heat treatment at temperatures of 720 – 750°C. After machining the welds can be rehardened by oil or water quenching

We offer a Free Local Delivery Service using our own delivery vehicles to all customers within Kent on orders over £25 + VAT. This service is available within the CT, ME, TN, DA & BR postcode areas.
Collection Information
You are welcome to collect goods in person from our Trade Counter. We are located at Unit 4H Sparrows Way, Lakesview Business Park, Hersden, Kent, CT4 4JH, and are open from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
